Can the AquaSense 2 clean saltwater pools?
Yes, our robot can be safely used in salt water with a concentration not exceeding 5000 ppm. The concentration of salt in most home swimming pools does not exceed the above concentrations.
What size and types of debris can the Aqua Sense 2 clean?
AquaSense 2 comes with a two-layer filter (150μm+250μm) that can effectively capture debris of all sizes, including leaves, hair, sand, insects, and more. It can filter particles as small as 150 micrometers (μm).
What is the battery capacity and how long does it take to charge?
The battery capacity is 10000 mAh. Typically, the robot can be fully charged in about 3.5 hours. However, if the temperature is below 77 ℉ (25 °C), the charging time may be longer.
Why does the robot stop at the pool floor and not move?
1. Please note that if the pool circulation or heating system is on, the robot may be stuck near the drain or other obstacles on the pool floor. If it doesn’t get unstuck after a few minutes, you can help it manually using the hook.
2. Please check if the filter basket needs cleaning. If the pool is very dirty, the robot may quickly suction up debris and sludge, which can clog the filter basket. This blockage can prevent the robot from returning to the pool edge.
